3 bedroom 2 bath condo at Pirates Bay. This tropical complex has 2 lagoon style pools, huge Rainbow play set and numerous grills around the grounds. This 2 story unit offers the master, with a King size bed, on the ground level. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms and a bath. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and the second has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There is also a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. This is the perfect family vacation destination.   While we had a couple of issues (the a/c wasn't working but they promptly sent maintenance), ants in the bathroom and master bedroom (we went and bought some ant spray), and the back wall of outlets for the toaster and coffee pot wouldn’t work, and only one trash bag was provided. The upstairs ceiling fan needs to be fixed as its constant tick tick tick drove us all nuts.
  The place was general clean and smelled nice. I do believe maid service needs to focus on corners as there were some dust bunnies on the walls as well as dead bugs behind chairs. We were only provided with one trash bag so unless you will only use one, bring your own. The beds were squishy and comfortable. Kitchen was graciously accommodated with just about anything you could need. Decor minimal and tasteful. Towels were plush and soft.... They do not provide wifi password when checking in – we had to call to ask. They also don't tell you that you don't enter from a front door but behind a gate - that was a little odd if you're not used to it. After a rain, you’ll be stepping in a puddle, they need more stepping stones from the gate to the cement pads. Should definitely promote it’s a corner unit – definite plus!

  This is a great place.
  We found our condo very clean with all the amenities we needed. There is plenty of room for a family of eight. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool and play area is pristine and a nice place for to cool off after a day at the beach. We will be back again.

  We all loved the house. It was clean, had everything we needed. Loved the pool and playground area. Only thing was location.....yes, it is close to everything in town but no beach access can make things difficult getting to and from the beach. But we knew the location when we got the place and we were able to make it work.

  My entire family had a wonderful time at Pirates Bay in Port A. We stayed in the Just Beachin condo and enjoyed our experience immensely. The condo was in fantastic condition - very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms were very nice, and we found the beds in the master and the 2nd bedroom to be very comfortable. My kids also enjoyed the 4 bunk beds. Their only complaint was the constant dinging of the fan in the 3rd bedroom, but that was a minor nuisance.
  
  The kitchen included all of the necessary amenities for cooking both large and small meals. That said, I wish places like this would stock some basic supplies such as salt, pepper, other spices, and coffee filters to make cooking easier. It would also be nice if additional BBQ grill options were available either in the unit or in various places around the property as the ones at the pool were crowded and inconvenient.
  
  The grounds of the complex are very nice and well maintained. It took us between 5-15 minutes to commute to the beach depending on traffic, but it was never really difficult. My kids enjoyed the pool which was clean and nice even though it was overly crowded every day (it was Labor Day Weekend).
  
  In a nutshell, we loved our stay at Just Beachin and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family getaway. We will definitely be back.

  House was clean and well equipped with all the necessities needed to survive a weekend at the beach! Beach was a very short drive away. Walking is possibility if weather permits. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

  The location and rental were as described. Checking in and out was a easy process. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. A small detail I would suggest for improvement would be the WiFi connection. It was not accessible during our stay. Besides that, everything was amazing. I would recommend Pirate Bay to anyone that is planning to stay in Port Aransas. It is truly a hidden jewel.

  Our family of 9 really enjoyed our stay at Just Beachin PB 210. The property was very clean and well appointed. Just enough decoration to feel beachy, but not cluttered. We appreciated the air mattress that worked great in the upstairs loft. Beds were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the rinse off shower and hose on the patio. A couple constructive suggestions: some hooks for beach towels on the patio and more towel racks or hooks in the bathrooms for bath towels would be helpful. Also, the DVD players do not play Blu-Ray, which was a disappointment to the kids who had brought a new Blu-ray movie to watch.

  We had a fabulous time Just Beachin' in Port A. The weather was spectacular, the gulf was surprisingly and refreshingly cool. The location of Just Beachin' in the complex is a huge advantage over the other homes, you'll understand after you are there.   The furnishings were stellar. Very convenient and just away from the rat race of the traffic. Easy access, just pull up and unload at the door. Loved the local Port A theme. Every amenity imaginable. Very clean and close to check in/out. Will only stay here from now on. Port A Escapes nailed this one! Two pools to choose from, great way to unwind or warm up for the beach.
